Comprehensive Free Health Services Provided by the NYCFC
Free services currently offered by the NYCFC:
All of the following services are provided for free to all patients at the NYCFC:
- basic primary care
- patient education
- disease prevention & screening
- physical exams
- women's health, including gynecological care
- men's health
- vaccinations
- sexually transmitted infection testing (including HIV)
- laboratory testing
- radiology (including X-ray & MRI)
- specialty referrals to all medical specialties
- screening to help you qualify for Medicaid, Family Health Plus, or similar free public insurance programs
We can also fill out your physical exam forms for employment, college, or special programs.
If you need to see a specialist for further care, we will refer you to the appropriate clinic at

Services we do not currently offer
We are proud to offer the most comprehensive free healthcare available to uninsured New Yorkers. Unfortunately, there are a few services we do not currently offer at the clinic. These include:
- dental care
- pre-natal care (care during pregnancy)
- care of advanced chronic conditions such as chronic heart disease
- emergency room visits
- *hospital stays
- *referrals to mental health specialists
